Premiata offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return any item purchased on our official store within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Access your order history in the 'My Account' section or use the 'Guest Return' portal to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original box and attach the pre-printed return label provided in your shipment over the original delivery label.

  Ship the Items

  Schedule a complimentary courier pickup via our website or drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the item's integrity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
